Mr. Ra Sann

M&E Development Expert

Mr Ra Sann has almost 12-years of practical experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and community development for international organizations and multilateral agencies such as Abt Associates. Inc, the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF-UN-IFAD fund) and World Vision International-Cambodia. Specifically, he has played crucial roles in designing monitoring and evaluation plans and frameworks, monitoring tools and systems, led periodical data gathering to ensure monitoring tools and the system is consistently used and tracked against indicator tracking table and indicators measurement criteria. This included ensuring data are recorded, reliable, consistent, complete, accurate, as well as keeping a regular and effective recording of the program progress in both qualitative and quantitative methods, ensure all project/program reports with quality and results (analysis, presented the progress, finding), collecting/producing success stories/case studies for documentation, learning, and sharing, leading in developing ToR for both international and national consultants and a couple of final programs/project evaluations. Academically, he is a Master Candidate in management from the Dewey International University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Management and Economics in Human Resource Management.
