Mss. An Moy Ngech, an agricultural development expert, has more than 20 years of experience in agriculture and agribusiness development for international NGOs, the private sector and the government. Her expertise includes crop experimentation, field demonstration, organization of farmer field school, crop laboratory management, training provision, conduct crop feasibility studies, and value chain assessment. Further, he has extensive experience in field surveys, data analysis, and report writing. Academically, she graduated with a Master of Science in Agriculture in crop production systems from Saga University, Japan and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in the field of Agronomy from Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia.
