Mr Sorith Hou

Community Development Expert

Mr Sorith Hou, a community development expert, has more than 11-years of experience in community development and marketing research for local and international organizations and companies. His experiences included lead national marketing surveys and competitor analysis for the beverage industry, providing technical support to cooperative agricultural leaders to manage an organic vegetable business, strengthen the capacity of cooperative leaders in terms of management, business plan development, bookkeeping, and monitoring project activities. In addition, he has been leading teams in conducting needs assessments of community groups, conducting baseline surveys, midterm- and final project evaluations, preparing reports and work plans. Academically, he graduated with a Master of Agriculture and Rural Development from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Cambodian Mekong University.
