Mr Saruon Suong, Research Executive and Data Management Expert, has more than 15-years of experience in social research, proposal development and teaching for higher education. Practically, he has lead field data collection, data entry and analysis, and report preparation. Academically, he graduated with a Master Degree in Public Administration in Community Development Leadership from Yeungnam University, Republic of Korea and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia.
