Mrs. Hok Chheng Ieng is a finance and operations expert with over 16 years of experience in multi-grant financial management, organizational systems development, and strategic leadership. She has successfully managed donor-funded projects and grants from international partners such as USAID, TEAR Fund New Zealand, French Development Agency, Luxembourg, Global Fund, Macquarie Bank, and World Hope, among others. She is proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, and Acumatica, and has contributed to numerous grant proposal developments. Academically, she holds a Master’s degree in Finance (Finance & Banking), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the National University of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in English for Education from Human Resources University.

With her strong foundation in finance, operations, and leadership, Mrs. Hok Chheng Ieng is recognized for her ability to strengthen organizational capacity, ensure financial accountability, and drive sustainable success in both non-governmental and corporate environments.
