Mr Syden Reach, the company's founder and CEO, has over 11-years of practical experience managing livelihood programs and leading research teams for different projects for local and international organizations. His expertise included baseline surveys, midterm and final project evaluation, agricultural value chain assessments, agricultural cooperative development, business plan development, program management and strategic plan development, agricultural cooperative assessment and fundraising. Academically, he graduated with a Master Degree in Saemaul Studies in Saemaul Undong and Community Development from Yeungnam University of the Republic of Korea and a Bachelor of Science Agronomy from the Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia.
